The VITURE Beast plugs straight into most phones, laptops and handhelds with its USB-C cable. VITURE lists Android phones, iPhones, Macs and Windows PCs. So what do you actually need to add? Usually one of three things: a dock for the Switch, a way to charge while you play, or prescription lenses.

Note

We haven't tested these accessories ourselves yet. Everything below comes from VITURE's product pages and setup guides. Prices are from VITURE's US store on November 2, 2026.

For Switch 2 and Switch: pick a dock

The Switch 2 only sends video through a dock, so plugging the Beast straight in shows nothing. VITURE makes two portable docks that solve that.

VITURE Pro Mobile Dock ($99, down from $129)

This is the bigger dock, with a 13,000 mAh battery. VITURE's guide gives these run times:

  • Up to 8 hours with a Switch
  • About 3 to 4 hours with a Steam Deck
  • Up to 20 hours with HDMI devices

It has an HDMI input, up to 1080p at 60Hz, for things like TV sticks. It also has two glasses ports, so two people can watch the same console.

The Beast fine print. With the Beast, this dock doesn't support 120Hz, UltraWide mode or 3D mode. You also need recent firmware on both. That's version 0.01.012_20260203 or newer on the glasses and 1.03.0.05_20260127 or newer on the dock. To update the dock, VITURE says to use a computer whose USB-C port carries video, with the original cable or a Thunderbolt 3 cable.

VITURE Mobile Dock Mini ($99)

This is the newer, smaller dock. VITURE says it's 34% smaller and 30% lighter than the Pro Mobile Dock. It comes in two parts: a video adapter and a 10,000 mAh battery that detaches.

  • Hug Mode. The whole dock snaps onto the back of your console with the included magnetic mount, and the battery powers it.
  • Solo Mode. Take the battery off and use the adapter as a slim hub. A Switch or Switch 2 then needs outside power. For Switch 2, VITURE says your power bank must support PD and deliver at least 45W.

The battery charges at up to 27W and fills in about 2 hours and 10 minutes. VITURE sells the Mini in a pack with the Beast, but its guide doesn't spell out Beast limits the way the Pro dock's does. If you want 120Hz, ask VITURE before you count on it.

Switch 2 tip. VITURE says the Switch 2 can drop frames when the dock isn't charging, since the console's high-performance mode needs power. Keep the dock plugged into a charger while you play.

Which dock should you get?

  • The Pro Mobile Dock if you want two pairs of glasses on one console, an HDMI input or the biggest battery.
  • The Dock Mini if you want the smallest setup that clings to the console.

Either way, detach the Joy-Con or use a wireless controller, like the Switch Pro Controller. Both docks need that.

Mobile Dock Mount for Switch 2 ($19, down from $29)

The mount slides onto a Switch 2 and holds the Pro Mobile Dock on its back, so the whole setup is easier to carry. VITURE's page only names the Pro Mobile Dock, not the Mini. One catch from VITURE's dock guide: with the mount on, handheld mode is disabled.

Our Switch 2 setup guide covers every option, including RayNeo's dock and what happened to XREAL's.

For phones and handhelds: charge while you play

The Beast runs off whatever it's plugged into, so long sessions drain your device. There are two ways around that:

  • USB-C XR Charging Adapter Ultra ($89). VITURE says it now works with all its glasses. It goes between your device and the glasses, with a spare port for a charger.
  • Mobile Dock Mini ($99). Its battery can power a Steam Deck or ROG Ally too. VITURE also lists the iPhone 15 and later, except the iPhone 16e and iPhone Air.

One exception: VITURE says SpaceWalker for Windows doesn't support its charging adapter. On a Windows PC, plug the Beast straight in.

The Beast is our biggest-screen pick for the Steam Deck, and it plugs straight in there:

For your eyes: the prescription frame ($79)

The Beast has no focus dials. VITURE's prescription frame comes with lenses made to your prescription, from -16.00 to +12.00, with astigmatism. VITURE says the lenses take 2 to 5 business days to make. Our Beast prescription guide has the full ranges and what to have ready.

For gaming without a phone: Pro Neckband ($328, down from $399)

The Pro Neckband is a wearable Android computer that sits around your neck. It runs Google Play apps. Owners also get the PXPlay and XBXPlay apps for free, for streaming games from a PlayStation or Xbox. It comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, or 12GB and 256GB, and weighs 170 g.

VITURE rates its battery at 4+ hours with its older VITURE Pro glasses. It says the glasses you use change that number.

To connect it to the Beast, you need VITURE's Magnetic Connector to USB-C Adapter, which costs $19. VITURE lists the Beast as compatible.

The Beast fine print. VITURE's Neckband guide says the glasses' on-screen menu isn't available on the Beast through the Neckband. Its forced factory reset can't display on the Beast either.

Skip it if your phone already works with the Beast and you don't need the streaming apps.

What to skip

  • The original VITURE One dock. VITURE says it doesn't work with the Beast or the Switch 2. Watch out for it on the used market.
  • Third-party docks and adapters, for SpaceWalker. VITURE warns they may not work with its app, and it can't guarantee support.
