RayNeo Air 4 Pro prescription inserts: how Lensology works

The RayNeo Air 4 Pro has no focus dials. Its official lens partner, Lensology, makes clip-in inserts in the UK. Here's the price, the timing and the catch.

Need glasses to see clearly? The RayNeo Air 4 Pro can still work for you. There's just one twist: your lenses come from a different company than your glasses.

The short answer

The Air 4 Pro has no focus dials. RayNeo's official prescription partner is Lensology, an optical lab in the UK. Lensology makes a clip-in insert with your lenses already fitted. It clips into the Air 4 Pro, so you don't wear your own glasses underneath. Contacts work fine too.

How ordering works

  1. Buy the RayNeo Air 4 Pro Rx Insert on Lensology's site.
  2. Lensology collects your prescription details after you pay.
  3. Its lab cuts your lenses and fits them into a brand-new insert. You don't send anything in.
  4. The insert ships to you, ready to clip in.

RayNeo says the Air 4 Pro comes with a sample prescription frame in the box. Lensology still makes the actual lenses.

Price and timing

When we checked on November 2, 2026, Lensology listed the insert at £95. It says that price covers every prescription level, with no extra charges for strong lenses. Lensology bills in British pounds, so your bank converts the price.

Here's what to expect on timing:

  • Making the lenses. Lensology aims to process stock lenses within 1 to 2 working days. Other lenses take up to 5 working days.
  • Shipping to the US. Lensology lists £25 for delivery in 2 to 4 working days. It says it covers import taxes and customs fees.

Every insert comes with anti-glare, anti-scratch, anti-smudge and easy-clean coatings, plus UV blocking.

The catch: no published range

Here's the one thing to know before you order. Neither RayNeo nor Lensology publishes a prescription range for the Air 4 Pro. RayNeo says Lensology confirms what it can cover when you order.

For context, RayNeo lists its older Air 3s at up to -10.00 for nearsightedness and up to -2.00 for astigmatism. That's a different model, so don't treat it as a promise for the Air 4 Pro.

If your prescription is strong, or your astigmatism is past -2.00, contact Lensology before you pay. It's a two-minute email that could save you £95.

Who this won't work for

  • Progressive or bifocal wearers. Lensology makes single vision distance lenses only. It says near and intermediate prescriptions aren't needed, because of how the glasses focus.
  • Anyone who wants the range in writing first. See the catch above. XREAL publishes its ranges, so the XREAL One Pro prescription guide is a useful contrast.
  • Anyone who might change their mind. These inserts are made to order. Read Lensology's returns policy before you buy.

How it compares

  • XREAL 1S. XREAL's own lens order form takes your sphere, cylinder and axis numbers. Our RayNeo Air 4 Pro vs XREAL 1S comparison covers the rest of the trade-offs.
  • VITURE Beast. VITURE's prescription frame reaches -16.00 to +12.00 with astigmatism. Here's the Beast prescription guide.
  • VITURE Luma. Its dials fix nearsightedness up to -6.00, with no lenses needed. They don't fix astigmatism.

Note

We haven't ordered a Lensology insert yet. When we do, this page gets our notes on fit, clarity and how long the trip from the UK really took.
