XREAL 1 Pro+ prescription lenses: your One Pro pair still fits
Upgrading to the XREAL 1 Pro+? XREAL says lenses made for the One, One Pro and 1S fit it. Buying new? Here's the range, the four lens options and their prices.
Need glasses to see a screen clearly? The XREAL 1 Pro+ has no focus dials, and XREAL doesn't put a prescription frame in the box. So you'll either reuse lenses you already own or order a new set.
Here's the good news for upgraders. If you're coming from another recent XREAL pair, you may not need to buy anything.
Upgrading? Your lenses carry over
XREAL's 1 Pro+ FAQ says the glasses work with prescription lenses made for the XREAL One, One Pro and 1S. Have a set for one of those? Move it over and follow the installation steps that came with the lenses. Then check that the insert sits firmly and the picture still lines up.

One thing to check before you reuse them: your eyes. If your prescription has changed since you ordered that set, the old lenses won't help much.
Buying lenses for the first time
XREAL sells custom lenses for the 1 Pro+ through its own store. The order form takes these values:

That covers nearsighted, farsighted and astigmatism. There's no box for prism or a reading add (ADD).

Prices are from XREAL's US store on November 4, 2026. The 1.67 option is the thinner material, which matters more as prescriptions get stronger. Blue light blocking adds $10 either way.
Timing and the fine print
- Speed. XREAL says the lenses are made in 1 to 4 business days. Delivery takes about 10 business days, since they ship from China. Shipping is free.
- Who makes them. A third-party partner. XREAL lists a 1-year warranty.
- Returns. Custom lenses can't be sent back unless there's a quality issue.
Get your numbers right first
No returns means one wrong digit costs you the order. Have your latest prescription in front of you and take it slow.
- Copy it line by line. OD is your right eye and OS is your left.
- Watch the signs. A minus means nearsighted. A plus means farsighted.
- Astigmatism? Your prescription will show a CYL value and an Axis value. Enter both. No CYL on yours? Then there's no Axis either, so leave both at zero.
- PD. It's often printed on your prescription. If it isn't, your optician can tell you. This number centers the lenses. It's not the same choice as the M or L frame size, which our XREAL size guide covers.
Who should look elsewhere
- Stronger prescriptions. XREAL's order form stops at -10.00 and +4.00. For strong nearsightedness, XREAL's FAQ says to contact its support team about custom lenses. Or look at VITURE's Beast frame, which reaches -16.00 to +12.00. See our Beast prescription guide.
- Prism or a reading add. XREAL's form has no field for either.
- Mild nearsightedness, and you'd rather skip inserts. Some glasses have focus dials instead. Our guide for glasses wearers explains both routes.
Contacts work too, if you already wear them.
Once your lenses are in
Picture soft at the edges, doubled or cut off? Work through XREAL's fixes, and save the IPD setting for last:
- Swap the nose pad. M comes fitted, and S and L are in the box. If the picture sits too high, try L. Too low, try S.
- Tilt the temples. The arms have three positions. Set both sides the same.
- Clean the lenses gently with the cloth from the box.
- Fine-tune the IPD. Double-click X, then open Settings, Help and IPD Adjustment. XREAL warns it may shrink the biggest screen size and the farthest screen distance you can set.
